Welcome to Granite Financial Management Online. We provide you with an online system that allows you to view your entire portfolio online at the click of a button. Imagine being able to see everything in one place; Life Assurance plans, Personal Pensions, SIPPS, Investments, Endowments, Shares and Buy to Let Mortgages.

What’s more, the majority of these will have their values updated automatically on a daily basis. You will also have access to fact sheets providing valuable data regarding your shares and investments including performance figures and the latest news articles on the shares you own. Unfortunately not all providers currently subscribe to electronic valuations so there may be some instances where certain products/investments are not updated daily.

As if the above was not enough, the real icing on the cake is that we will provide you with all the above and in most cases you will earn money for using our online system.

Each year you are paying a fee for your Investments, Pensions and Assurance Policies, which the provider either keeps for them selves or pays to a broker. This fee comes from the annual management charges, which you are currently paying. This is not a fee that increases because you use our online system, you are already paying it.

This is commonly known as either a renewal fee or trail fee. On investments the fee is know as a trail fee and on average is 0.5% of the fund value. On insurance polices the fee is known as a renewal and is normally payable monthly once a policy is over 2 years old.

In many cases, you are paying these fees without gaining any additional service in return. However, by using Granite Financial Management Online, not only will you gain from all the benefits of our online system, you will also receive 50% of all the fee’s we receive on your portfolio and will pay this back to you at the end of each 12 month period you have been using the system. Thereby making your portfolio make you money.

By using Granite Financial Management Online we will provide you with access to our website were you can login and receive 24-hour access to a comprehensive and daily-updated Portfolio Management System, which allows you to view your entire portfolio online all in one place. There may be times when the system is not available due to upgrading or maintenance.

This service we are providing is an additional layer of information only and is on top of everything you currently receive from your existing providers. Nothing will change regarding the existing information you receive direct from your current providers/investment houses. All of what you receive from them now will continue as normal and you will be able to continue contact with them the same as you do now.

An example of this would be if you moved your portfolio onto our online system and never used the online system. You would not notice any difference in your portfolio apart from us sending you a cheque once a year for 50% of the renewal/trail fee we have received on your portfolio. Why would you not use us?

When you apply to use our online service we will supply you with a secure user name and password that you can use to log in via our website www.granitefm.co.uk. You are prompted to change the password we issue you with to something more memorable when you first login.
