We have just completed on the third mortgage that has been arranged for us by Dale Plant and the team at Granite Financial Manangment. On every occasion he has found us a package, through his contacts, knowledge of the market and hard work, that met our needs perfectly. We are based 300 miles from his office but that did not slow down the process. Even when our needs and circumstances changed in mid-stream, Dale was able to adapt quickly, efficiently and with his customary good humour.He has the ability to explain the complexities of mortgages in a language anyone can understand, and when he says he'll get back to you later that day, he does. He always returned calls and emails very quickly.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Dale and the Granite team when looking to arrange a mortgage. In fact, if we are daft enough to move house again, Dale will be the first person we'll call.

I had been contemplating taking early retirement but was very skeptical about the whole pension field, not knowing very much about the pros and cons. I just happened to be talking to close work colleague who said he had the same problem and suggested I spoke to Ian Osborne at Granite Financial Management.
I subsequently rang and made an appointment to meet with Ian Osborne at his office the following week, and I have to say looking back I was very glad I did.
From the moment we meet I was made to feel welcome and I felt as if Ian was really interested in me and how he could help me. Ian went through everything, each section slowly to ensure I had full grasped the concept. Anything I wasn’t sure about or felt I needed more clarification was gone over again until I was happy.
At no time did I feel rushed or under pressure to ‘sign on the dotted line’. In fact we had three meetings before I actually signed, and I know if I’d have wanted more time, I could have had it
I was delighted with everything Ian and his team has done for me, they have exceeded all my expectation and as a consequence I have recommended him and his company Granite Financial to all my family, friends and colleagues, as I know they will receive without question the very best service and information. If they do not use him, it will be their loss and misfortune.

Ian Osborne along with his business partner formed Granite Financial Management a number of years ago and due to a high level of expertise in his chosen field and a determined work ethic has built a company which is justifiably flourishing.
I have known Ian for 15 years and in that time I have moved from a young, newly married employee. To a youngish! Father of two now running my own business and I can say that Ian has been a real asset to me through many of life’s big decisions and I value his honest no nonsense approach and his impartial advice which has always made me feel that my best interests are at the centre of his advice. To sum up, He’s a good man who knows what he’s talking about I can’t recommend him highly enough. (He has even given my mother in law financial advice!!)

When we went to see Dale we were clueless first time buyers. As first time buyers we were very nervous about the prospect of a mortgage, we went to Dale with no idea of how much we would like to borrow, if we could even have a mortgage, or how you apply for a mortgage. Dale at Granite couldn't have been more helpful, he explained things to us in a logical manner so we could
understand what would be the best mortgage for us, he never got bored of explaining things over and over again so they were clear to us. Dale
constantly reassured us and always explained all of the plus and negative points of the mortgage so that we felt comfortable. Once the mortgage was
inplace Dale went above and beyond his call of duty and I have been seeking his advise and support at every step of the buying procedure. Without Dale as our mortgage adviser we truly feel buying a house just wouldn't of been
possible. We had our offer excepted on our house just 8 weeks before our wedding so while we were running around for the wedding Dale was helping
with every step of the house buying procedure in order to make our life a little less stressful. We can't thank Dale enough for everything his done
and I would recommend Granite Financial Management to any first time buyer.
